A persistent southerly swell characterized by 7-8 seconds and 2-ft surf heights maintains a high risk of rip currents forecast through this weekend. By Sunday, a turn to southwesterly winds induces an onshore flow to reinforce the high risk. Unsettled weather appears likely next week.
