  Mill Creek at Washington affecting Washington County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL TOMORROW MORNING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Mill Creek at Washington.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Low lands along the creek flood from
  Morrowville to Washington flood.
  At 19.0 feet, Osage Road, located 2 miles west and 1 mile north of
  Washington, floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 21.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.3
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
