CANCELLED...

The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT for
central and east central Kansas.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM CDT
FOR DICKINSON COUNTY...

At 428 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles south of
Abilene, moving southeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Abilene, Herington, Enterprise, Hope, Woodbine, and Carlton.

This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 269 and 279.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare immediately for damaging winds. People outside should move
to a shelter, inside a strong building and away from windows.
