At 328 PM, National Weather Service radar detected , some with
heavy rain primarily in Creek, Okmulgee, Okfuskee and Tulsa counties
in Oklahoma. It was more widespread in northcentral Oklahoma. The
precipitation was in the Tulsa area. Movement was to the east at
around 25 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was one
tenth to one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of three
quarters to around an inch. Coverage decreased during the last hour.
The Tulsa area forecast for late this afternoon and into this
evening, mostly cloudy, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 74 to 89 degrees and north winds up to 15 mph.
