.DISCUSSION...
Shower and thunderstorm chances continue for northeast Oklahoma
and northwest Arkansas this morning...with additional chances near
the Kansas border late this afternoon. Storm chances then increase
overnight tonight into Sunday as a frontal boundary sags southward
through the region. Shower and thunderstorm chances remain
possible for the first half of next week with a couple of low
pressure systems moving through the Plains. Limited severe
potentials are forecast for this weekend. Otherwise, hot and humid
conditions are expected this afternoon ahead of the front. Fire
weather dangers today into early next week should remain low.
