...EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM MST THIS EVENING...

.DISCUSSION...Hot temperatures are expected to peak today with more
seasonable temperatures thereafter. Gusty southeast surface winds
through the period. The winds have brought with them an increase in
moisture which will bring higher RH values late this afternoon and again
Friday. Expect isolated to scattered afternoon and evening thunderstorms
Friday, persisting into the weekend.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny with patchy blowing dust. Chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms.
Chance of pcpn......30 percent.
