.DISCUSSION...Generally cool and cloudy conditions are expected
through Friday across much of western SD, with less clouds and
warmer conditions over northeastern WY. There will be a chance
for thunderstorms across northeastern WY and southern SD tonight,
and chances for showers and storms across the entire area Friday
and Friday night. Plentiful moisture will keep minimum relative
humidity around 60-80% Friday. Winds will be southeasterly 10-15
mph. Hot and drier weather returns this weekend into next week.
