.DISCUSSION...Breezy westerly winds will pick up each afternoon
over the weekend in western San Bernardino County. Otherwise, no
significant winds are expected through early next week. Moisture
has already begun to push into Mohave County and will continue to
push into the southern and eastern portions of our forecast area
over the weekend. This will help bring afternoon RH values up into
the teens and lower twenties for areas south and east of the I-15
corridor. Despite this increasing moisture and the associated
increased precipitation chances, chances for wetting rains will
remain limited due to the isolated nature of any convection that
develops. Areas north and west of I-15 will see the persistence
of hotter than normal and dry conditions through much of next
week.
