.DISCUSSION...
A somewhat moist backdoor front will bank up against the east slopes
of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains tonight. There may be a light
southeast wind in Angel Fire toward morning. The front is forecast
to spread enough moisture into the Sangre de Cristo Mountains for
some isolated and gusty virga showers in the Moreno Valley Wednesday
afternoon until sunset. A somewhat moist south and southeasterly
return flow will develop during the latter half of the work week
with daily rounds of showers and thunderstorms. There will probably
be a mix of wet and dry cells in the area Thursday through Saturday
with a risk of dry microburst wind gusts each afternoon.
