This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northern New York, central
Vermont, northeast Vermont, northwest Vermont and southern Vermont.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Confidence is high in sustained heat next week. Temperatures in the
upper 80s to upper 90s and high dewpoints will likely result in heat
indices approaching or even exceeding 100 Tuesday through Thursday.
Warm overnight lows will provide little nighttime relief from the
heat. The experimental NWS HeatRisk product is highlighting almost
the entire region with the potential for major heat impacts
developing by next Tuesday and Wednesday. Locally extreme heat
impacts are possible Wednesday and Thursday. The heat may continue
past Thursday but confidence on when it ends is currently low.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
