...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south Texas, including the following
  counties, Bee, Calhoun, Goliad, Refugio and Victoria.

* WHEN...Until 945 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 642 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Victoria, Goliad, Guadalupe, Fannin, Oak Village, Coleto
    Creek Park, Schroeder, Saxet Lakes, Mission Valley, Victoria
    Riverside Park, Downtown Victoria, Ball Airport Area,
    Nursery, Victoria Detar Hospital North, Ander, Victoria
    College, Victoria Mall, Weser, Victoria Colony Creek Country
    Club and Brentwood Subdivision.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
