...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Kansas...Missouri...

  Missouri River above Parkville affecting Leavenworth, Wyandotte
  and Platte Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING TO SATURDAY, JULY
06...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River above Parkville.

* WHEN...From Monday morning to Saturday, July 06.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Water reaches the bottom of the South Main
  Street Bridge and a significant portion of English Landing Park
  floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 22.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late Monday morning to a crest of 27.2 feet early Thursday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage Friday evening.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
