  Missouri River at Boonville affecting Boone, Howard, Moniteau and
  Cooper Counties.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Missouri...Kansas...

  Missouri River at Glasgow affecting Saline, Howard and Chariton
  Counties.

  Missouri River above Parkville affecting Platte, Wyandotte and
  Leavenworth Counties.

  Missouri River at Atchison affecting Buchanan, Atchison and
  Platte Counties.

  Missouri River at Leavenworth affecting Platte and Leavenworth
  Counties.

  Missouri River At Miami affecting Saline, Carroll and Chariton
  Counties.

  Missouri River at Napoleon affecting Ray, Jackson and Lafayette
  Counties.

  Missouri River at Waverly affecting Saline, Carroll and Lafayette
  Counties.

  Missouri River at St Joseph affecting Doniphan, Buchanan and
  Andrew Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River at Boonville.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Low-lying rural areas along the river
  flood.
  At 23.8 feet, Easley River Road and Smith Hatchery Road begin to
  flood.
  At 25.0 feet, Numerous farm levees are overtopped. Flooding of
  agricultural land and secondary roads occurs.
  At 30.0 feet, The Missouri-Pacific railroad tracks on the south
  side of the river flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:04 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 26.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.1
    feet early Saturday afternoon. It will then fall below flood
    stage Tuesday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River at Glasgow.

* WHEN...Until late Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Farmland along the river floods.
  At 27.0 feet, Many agricultural levees are overtopped. Widespread
  flooding of rural areas occurs. Secondary roads and homes behind
  levees may be inundated.
  At 32.0 feet, Highways and gravel roads in low-lying areas near
  Glasgow are under water, including State Highway 240 west of
  Glasgow. The city park in Glasgow also begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 28.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 30.7
    feet early Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood
    stage late Tuesday morning.

  Street Bridge and a significant portion of English Landing Park
  floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 27.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.9
    feet early Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood
    stage Sunday evening.

* WHERE...Missouri River at Atchison.

* WHEN...Until late Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Low-lying areas on the Missouri side of
  the river begin to flood.
  At 25.0 feet, A castings plant in Atchison is affected by flood
  waters.
  At 27.0 feet, River Road in Atchison floods and levees on the
  Missouri side of the river are overtopped. If the river remains
  above 27 feet for several days then U.S. Highway 59 and large
  portions of the floodplain in Missouri flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 25.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.6
    feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood
    stage late Sunday evening.
  - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL MONDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River at Leavenworth.

* WHEN...Until Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Lowland flooding occurs along the east and
  west banks of the river.
  At 22.3 feet, Water enters Riverfront Park in Leavenworth. In
  addition, 2nd Street at the waste water treatment plant is closed
  due to high water. Persons should vacate the park to avoid the
  loss of life and property.
  At 23.4 feet, The Hildebrandt Island north of Fort Leavenworth
  begins to flood and families in this area need to evacuate.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 22.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.6
    feet early Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood
    stage Sunday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.8
    feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage
    late Tuesday evening.

  flooding of farmland, rural homes, along with primary and
  secondary roads behind the levee may occur.

  - At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 27.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 29.1
    feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage
    Tuesday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

  along the Nodaway river at Nodaway, Missouri.
  At 21.0 feet, Riverfront Park in St. Joseph begins to flood.
  At 24.0 feet, A residential area in northwest St. Joseph begins to
  flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:35 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 23.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.6
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage early Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
