...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NOXUBEE...KEMPER AND LAUDERDALE
COUNTIES THROUGH 100 AM CDT...

At 1214 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Mashulaville to near Liberty to 6 miles
northeast of Rose Hill. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Meridian, Macon, De Kalb, Collinsville, Nellieburg, Shuqualak,
  Meehan, Daleville, Savoy, and Suqualena around 1220 AM CDT.
  Meridian Station around 1225 AM CDT.
  Marion around 1230 AM CDT.
  Scooba, Porterville, Zero, and Electric Mills around 1235 AM CDT.
  Lauderdale, Tamola, and Paulette around 1240 AM CDT.
  Prairie Point around 1245 AM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

High winds can bring down trees and large limbs resulting in serious
injury or property damage. Exercise extreme caution when outdoors
during such strong winds...and be especially aware of older trees.
