* WHAT...West to northwest winds 15 to 25 kt.

* WHERE...Coastal waters of Mississippi and southeastern
  Louisiana, including the Mississippi Sound, Lake Pontchartrain,
  Lake Maurepas, and Lake Borgne.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will gradually diminish from west to
  east late this morning into the early afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
