.DISCUSSION...
Warm and dry weather will continue today with highs in the mid to
upper 80s and afternoon minimum relative humidity values ranging
from 25 to 35 percent. Winds will remain light today, and a lake
breeze will move inland in northeastern Illinois this afternoon.

A few showers and storms may occur late tonight and during the
day on Friday as a cold front moves through. Saturday is expected
to be largely dry before a series of storm systems with associated
waves of rain move the area Sunday into early next week.
