.DISCUSSION...

High pressure will gradually slide offshore resulting in a rapid
warming trend through Friday. A cold front will track through on
Friday which brings a risk of showers and thunderstorms. Behind
the front, high pressure will return for the weekend with reduced
humidity levels. An extended period of hot weather is expected
next week.
