...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM EDT...

For the following areas...
Chesapeake Bay from Drum Point MD to Smith Point VA...

...THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION FOR MARINERS OVER THE WATERS...

At 630 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near The Targets to near Mouth Of The Potomac River to
8 nm west of Smith Point, moving east at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 60 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Boaters could easily be thrown overboard by suddenly higher
         wind and waves capsizing their vessel. Boats could suffer
         significant damage in high winds.

Locations impacted include...
Deep Hole, Point No Point, and Southwest Middle Grounds.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
