...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN EDDY AND SOUTHWESTERN
LEA COUNTIES THROUGH 915 PM MDT...

At 815 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
capable of producing a landspout 8 miles northeast of Seven Rivers
Airport, or 11 miles southeast of Artesia, moving west at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Landspouts, wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph, and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
         objects.

Carlsbad, Artesia, Avalon, Seven Rivers Airport, Brantley Lake State
Park, Carlsbad North, Lea County Zip Franklin Memorial Airport, Loco
