.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...A thermal
trough peaks in strength today, with gale force winds expected
for areas south of Cape Blanco today and Friday. Areas elsewhere
will see gusty winds and steep seas. Relatively calmer seas are
anticipated by Saturday. A front will bring steep seas back to the
area around Sunday evening.
