* WHERE...Lake County, eastern Klamath County, northwest to
  southeast Modoc County, and northeast Siskiyou County. This
  includes Klamath Falls, Tulelake, Chiloquin, Sprague River, Valley
  Falls, and Alturas.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freezing conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
