Minnesota River near Jordan affecting Sibley, Scott and Carver Counties. South Fork Crow River at Delano affecting Wright and Hennepin Counties. South Fork Crow River below Mayer affecting Carver County. Crow River at Rockford affecting Wright and Hennepin Counties. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Minnesota... Minnesota River at New Ulm affecting Nicollet, Brown and Blue Earth Counties. Minnesota River at Savage affecting Scott, Hennepin, Dakota and Carver Counties. Minnesota River at Mankato affecting Nicollet and Blue Earth Counties. .Recent heavy rainfall combined with the forecast of additional rain and high soil moisture will produce additional rises on area rivers. Another round of widespread heavy rain becoming likely Thursday night through Saturday. An additional 2 to 4 inches of rainfall is forecasted to fall during this time.
