...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WESTERN RUSK...NORTHEASTERN
DUNN...CHIPPEWA...EAU CLAIRE AND SOUTHEASTERN BARRON COUNTIES THROUGH
845 AM CDT...

At 811 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles west of New Auburn to near Augusta.
Movement was northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Altoona, Lake Hallie, Stanley, Bloomer,
Lake Wissota, Chetek, Augusta, Cornell, Cadott, and Fall Creek.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 94 in Wisconsin between mile markers 69 and 86.
 U.S. Highway 53 between mile markers 86 and 128.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 AM CDT for
