.DISCUSSION...An upper level low exiting the region will continue
to produce breezy conditions through the Cascade Gaps and into
the Columbia Basin through this evening. Light, scattered showers
will continue across the northern Blues and Wallowa county through
this evening, with chances (15-30%) of isolated thunderstorms
developing through this evening. Winds will become light
overnight, with a drying and warming trend through the week.
However, there are slight chances (15-20%) of isolated
thunderstorms developing across Wallowa county tomorrow afternoon.
