.DISCUSSION...Northwest flow will persist through the forecast
period as an upper level ridge builds in overhead bringing with
it very dry air. Temperatures will range from the low to mid 80s
through the period with daytime RH values dropping into the poor
range below 20%. However, excellent overnight recoveries above 70%.
Winds will be primarily from the northwest and between 5 to 8 mph
decreasing in the overnight hours.
