* Until 500 PM EDT.

* At 414 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Sandy Hook
  Bay, moving southeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
           winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher
           waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Sandy Hook Reef and Atlantic Highlands.
