...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 8 PM AST THIS EVENING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 8 PM AST this evening for a
portion of Puerto Rico, including the following areas, Lares, Moca
and San Sebastian.

Flood waters continue to recede. The heavy rain has ended although a
few showers linger. Urban and small stream flooding is however no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures and remain alert to ponded water on roads especially
at night. Allow time for rivers and streams to return to normal
during the next few hours.
