...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Big Bend Florida, including the following
  counties, Jefferson and Madison and south central Georgia,
  including the following counties, Brooks, Lowndes and Thomas.

* WHEN...Until 545 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 349 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Quitman, Valdosta, Lake Park, Boston, I-75 At Exit 16,
    Remerton, Dasher, Empress, Nankin, Blue Springs, Lovett,
    Brooks Co A/p, Dixie, Ashville, Cherry Lake, Kinderlou,
    Pidcock, Grooverville, Clyattville and Pinetta.
