The following message is transmitted at the request of Village of
Ruidoso.

Lincoln County OES. Flood Evacuation has been lifted.

Lincoln County Emergency Management: The flood evacuation along
the Rio Ruidoso has been lifted as of 6:34 PM. Residents may
return using open roads. Do not walk or drive through floodwater.
Obey road closures and avoid damaged buildings and downed power
lines.
