* At 417 PM MDT, an area of dust was over Bitter Lake Wildlife
  Refuge, or 7 miles northeast of Roswell.

  HAZARD...Less than two miles visibility with strong wind in excess
           of 40 mph.

  IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

THIS INCLUDES THE ROSWELL RELIEF ROUTE BETWEEN SUNSET AND BRASHER
ROAD.
