This includes the Ruidoso area burn scars. * WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will develop across the Sacramento Mountains late Monday morning peaking during the early to mid afternoon hours. Storm motion will be extremely slow and erratic.
