East Central Roosevelt County in east central New Mexico... * Until midnight MDT tonight. * At 1000 PM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2.5 to 4.5 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
