Critical fire weather conditions are not expected through the next seven days. Scattered showers and storms today will favor central and western areas, becoming more numerous Thursday and Friday. Most areas will receive wetting rainfall and some areas may experience flash flooding. Rainfall totals through Friday are generally 0.25" to 1" across much of the region, with the highest totals in the northern mountains. Humidities will generally trend higher through Friday, then will trend drier again this weekend into the early part of next week as storm chances drop. Gusty outflow winds of 30 to 50 mph could accompany any storm each of the next several days. ................................................................
