Isolated to scattered storms today and tomorrow become more numerous Friday through the weekend. Storms will favor areas along and east of the central mountain chain where multi-day rainfall totals are expected to exceed one inch in many areas. Storm coverage will be lowest across the northwest corner of the state where gusty outflow winds will be more of a concern than flash flooding. The active storm pattern will likely continue into early next week, with storms again favoring central and eastern areas. Temperatures remain near to below seasonal normals each of the next several days. ................................................................
