Critically low minimum humidity will develop in some lower elevation locations of eastern and northern New Mexico today, then mainly west of the central mountain chain Thursday and Friday, before becoming more widespread over central and eastern areas early next week. High temperatures will also climb around 4 to 11 degrees above 30-year averages each day. After a downtick in storm coverage with some virga showers in the mix today, a moist backdoor front will enable storm coverage to increase again Wednesday through the end of the week. ................................................................
