Well above normal temperatures and dry conditions will prevail through Saturday. Breezy westerly winds will be noted across the Central Highlands this afternoon and again Friday afternoon, but elsewhere light winds will be the rule. Low level rain and mountain snow will return to western and north central NM Sunday into early Monday morning. Light precipitation amounts will prevail with snow favored above 9000 feet. Breezy to locally windy conditons Sunday and Monday will be on tap as the storm system passes. Another storm system may bring more rain and mountain snow to New Mexico Tuesday and Wednesday. ................................................................
