.DISCUSSION...
Calm to light winds so far this morning, withe the Carson Portable #1
RAWS station showing 1 to 5 mph from the west along the Lamy Canyon
valley. Satellite imagery is showing some mid level cloud cover just
west of the burn area, sky cover is expected to increase throughout
the afternoon. Currently, some patchy low clouds and fog have developed
along canyons and valleys in the northern mountains, possibly affecting
the Lamy canyon too, but low clouds should gradually dissipate through the
morning. Winds are expected to turn more southerly through the afternoon
but remain light. Some isolated to scattered showers are favored just to
the west of the burn area. However, a lower chance of a brief shower and
some gusty winds may bring some impacts during the middle to late afternoon
over the burn area.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny then becoming partly cloudy.
                    Chance of showers and thunderstorms in the
                    afternoon.
