Moisture begins to enter the area Thursday, increasing the rain
chances in the afternoon. There is a low chance of a thunderstorm
developing Thursday afternoon, which would increase the threat of
gusty winds. Rain is most likely to begin after 3-4pm. On and off
showers are then likely to continue through 3am or so Friday.
There is likely to be a lull in rain throughout the day Friday
before additional rain and thunderstorm chances return Friday
night into Saturday.
