.DISCUSSION...
Warm conditions persist this afternoon with generally light winds at
10 mph or less and minimum humidity values around 20-30%. Showers
and storms coming off the Sangre de Cristo Mountains will approach
the fire location during the late afternoon and evening hours,
dissipating shortly after sunset. Brief gusty and erratic winds are
possible in and around any thunderstorm activity. Good to excellent
humidity recovery is expected tonight into Wednesday morning. A
backdoor front moves through the fire location Wednesday morning
setting the stage for a better coverage of showers and thunderstorms
at the fire location Wednesday afternoon and evening. Once again,
expect brief gusty, erratic winds near any thunderstorms.
