.DISCUSSION...
Hot and dry conditions will persist for the next several days with
poor humidity recoveries. A few clouds have built up around the burn
site this afternoon but precipitation is not expected. On Sunday,
there is a low chance for isolated virga showers and/or dry
thunderstorms over or near the burn site. Gusty and erratic outflow
winds, in addition to any lightning, will be a concern. Gusts may top
40 mph. Any storms that develop will diminish during the early
evening. Otherwise, Sunday will be hot, with high temperatures 7 to 9
degrees above normal. Additionally, around 7 to 9 hours of single
digit humidities are expected on Sunday. A few virga showers may
again develop on Monday afternoon with gusty and erratic outflow
winds a concern once again. Monday`s high temperatures will be
similar to Sunday, but up to 10 hours of single digit RH is expected.
