.DISCUSSION...
Radar estimates show that between one half inch and one inch of
rain has fallen over the wildfire within the past 24 hours. A
few showers will linger through the mid-morning, with additional
rain amounts less than one tenth of an inch. Showers and storms
are likely again today, with the highest chances between 4 PM and
9 PM MDT. A few showers could linger overnight again, but the
likelihood is less than the past couple of nights. Drier air
begins to work its way into the area on Saturday, however scattered
showers storms with gusty outflow winds are still likely to
develop during the afternoon.
