There is a very low chance of a stray shower and thunderstorm
developing near the area throughout the rest of the afternoon and
evening. Outside of that, rather calm conditions remain. Overnight
temperatures remain above average while daytime highs remain below
average. For tomorrow, storm chances increase near the area, though
confidence is low in any more than a few hundredths of an inch of
rainfall. Gusty and erratic outflow winds are more likely. Timing
