Rain with embedded thunderstorms will move into the burn area this
afternoon followed by heavier rainfall this evening and overnight.
24-hour rainfall amounts by sunrise Tuesday will average 0.75" to
1.50". Rain with a few more storms will continue Tuesday and Tuesday
night. Additional 24-hour rainfall amounts will average 1 to 3".
Runoff will lead to elevated flows on all area streams near the burn
scar through Wednesday.
