.DISCUSSION...
Warm and dry conditions are expected today and Saturday. Temperatures
will be 15 to 20 degrees above mid-November averages. Main concern

will keep ventilation poor throughout the day, but slightly stronger
winds behind a weak cold front will allow ventilation to improve
into the fair category for an hour or two mid day Saturday. A few
high clouds will pass overhead late today through Saturday.
