.DISCUSSION...

Lower coverage of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon compared
to the last few days. Any shower or storm that develops this afternoon
would move to the northeast at around 10 to 15 mph. Very good humidity
recovery overnight. Slightly warmer on Friday as high pressure moves in
from the east. A slightly higher coverage of showers and thunderstorms
compared to today with a storm motion to the south-southeast at around
5 to 10 mph. Even higher storm coverage Saturday as a disturbance rounds
the high pressure circulation and moves over the area. Storm motion will
be slow with a general drift to the southwest. Any storm on Friday and
Saturday will be capable of producing localized flash flooding.

                    the afternoon.
