Southerly breezes today will turn more from the west on Thursday
and again on Friday with speeds remaining light to moderate. Warm
temperatures and dry conditions will also prevail each day with high,
fair weather cirrus clouds moving overhead. Poor smoke ventilation
rates are expected in the morning, but better dispersion rates are
expected by the afternoon as vertical mixing begins when temperatures
rise.
