.DISCUSSION...
Showers and thunderstorms will develop over the mountains of Socorro
county, but will struggle to move into the Rio Grande valley today.
Prevailing winds will be from the south, but any nearby showers or
thunderstorms will be capable of disrupting the winds with abrupt
gusts. Seasonable temperatures are forecast again today and also
tomorrow with afternoon humidity falling to around 30 percent.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy with isolated showers and
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon. Any thunderstorms
                    will drift slowly from west northwest to east
                    southeast at 5 mph or less.
Chance of Pcpn......20 percent.
Max Temperature.....84-88.
Min Humidity........28-32 percent.
20 Foot Winds.......Light and variable winds in the morning will turn
                    south at 5 to 10 mph during the late morning and
                    early afternoon. Gusty and erratic winds expected
                    near thunderstorms in the afternoon.
