.DISCUSSION...
There may be a few sprinkles overnight, but accumulating
precipitation should be finished. Scattered showers and thunderstorms
will develop Tuesday afternoon, followed by more numerous activity
Tuesday night, and a soaking rain on Wednesday. The most likely rain
amount Tuesday through Wednesday should be around 0.50", but locally
higher amounts over 1 inch will be possible in the Manzano Mountains.
High temperatures Tuesday and Wednesday will continue to trend
downward reaching a little below the 1991-2020 average Wednesday
afternoon. A few of the stronger storms in your area on Tuesday may
be capable of producing erratic wind gusts up to 35 mph.
