The following message is transmitted at the request of Lincoln
County OES.

Heavy rainfall from storms that have moved through the area has
caused rapidly rising water and dangerous flooding. If you are in
a low-lying... flood-prone area... near a drainage... arroyo...
creek... or burn scar... MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND NOW. An Evacuation
Center as been set up at the Hondo School.
