            *** 1 FATAL ***
            Albuquerque Fire and Rescue crews were
            dispatched to the Tramway flood channel at
            Four Hills and Rachel Road SE and rescued a
            victim from the flood channel. Crews then
            searched the Tijeras arroyo for a 2nd
            individual who was found deceased and
            recovered from the water.
